Instructions
Grilled Chicken Salad
1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
4. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes, then slice.
5. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and feta cheese.
6. Top salad with grilled chicken slices and drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
Asian Chicken Salad
1. Preheat grill or skillet on medium heat.
2. Marinate chicken breasts in soy sauce and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
4. Allow chicken to rest before slicing.
5. In a large bowl, combine shredded Napa cabbage, carrot, bell pepper, edamame, and green onions.
